Jenny‘s career began in the mid 90’s when she was a librarian at Roland House, a post house just outside of DC.  From that position, she worked her way up and began learning the art of editing.  At that point, linear editing was still primarily used as AVID was in its infancy.  Since then, Ms. Gebhardt has learned both AVID and Final Cut Pro and continues to freelance edit.

She has worked for both the Discovery Channel and National Geographic Channel.  She has taught TV production to high school students, volunteered for local events including the Peer Awards and has served as a board member for the DC chapter of Women in Film and Video. She has received several awards for her work on various projects.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Media from the American University.
